The free zone of commercial and logistics activity of Ben Guerdane project progress
After obtaining primary approvals from all shareholders, the constitution file of the management and operating company of the free zone of commercial and logistics activity of Ben Guerdane was transmitted on August 11, 2023 to the General Administration of Privatization to be presented to the attention of the Technical Privatization Committee then presented to the attention of the CAREPP Rehabilitation Committee to authorize the Tunisian Trade Office to provide a contribution to the capital of the management and operating company of the free zone to the tune of 700 thousand dinars representing 35% of an initial share capital of two million dinars, the proposed composition of which is as follows:

The remaining steps necessary for the creation of the management and operating company of the free zone of commercial and logistical activities in Ben Guerdane - limited company - are as follows:
- Setting the date and holding of the constitutive general meeting and the decision-making to appoint the board of directors and the auditor.
- Holding of the first meeting of the board of directors of the company, election of the president and CEO and determining their functions.
- Registration of the Ben Guerdane free zone of commercial and logistics activity management and operating company in the commercial register and obtaining an extract from the National Business Register.
- Publication of the final announcement of the constitution of the company in the journal of the National Business Register.
