Procedure for obtaining the specifications’ submission receipt relating to the marketing of road transport equipment locally manufactured or imported
- Specifications duly signed by the manufacturer and the rolling stock dealer
- Identification and power of attorney of the specifications’ signatory by the manufacturer (Power of signature) to be sent directly to the relevant OCT department by mail or via “DHL” services to the following address: 65, Rue de Syrie 1002, Tunis.
Documents for the constitution of a technical-commercial file in order to have the monitoring committee of marketing of road transport equipment, locally manufactured or imported, express its opinion on granting approval to rolling stock dealers.
- An application addressed to the president-CEO of The Trade Office of Tunisia
- Vehicle receipt report:
- Individual receipt report issued by the competent services of the Road Transport Technical Agency stipulating: “To be presented only to the services of the Ministry of Commerce” after presentation of a prototype to the services of the above-mentioned agency and an exceptional import authorization.
- Receipt reports per type issued from the country of origin or any other country approved by official and internationally accredited organizations, accompanied by a translation to Arabic, and/or French and/or English, sent directly by the manufacturer to the competent services of the Trade Office of Tunisia by mail or via “DHL” services to the following address: 65 rue de Syrie 1002 Tunisie.
- For locally manufactured equipment: A tripartite contract between the manufacturer, the dealer and the local manufacturer
- Technical documents (Prospectus) of the equipment
- The list of countries in which the manufacturer has established assembly plants
- The list of countries to which the manufacturer exports their products
- Statistics of recently marketed quantities provided by the manufacturer
- The information sheet (to download) duly filled and signed
- The technical sheet and the rolling stock relevant information (to download) duly filled and signed
- A copy of the receipt for the specifications' submission
